Me, Myself and I (Bunshin test)

[Akira]

Iruka waited in the gym arear where the Bushin test was going to be held. He had enjoyed his clas time with the students and was looking forward to seeing them at the test and some others who may not have attended the class.

This was going to be a test on creating Bunshin. A illusion clone of yourself. You have to be able to make 2 clones and hold them for no less then two minutes.

You have until Saturday to sign up for this test. Once I have posted the entry go ahead you have until Wednesday afternoon/evening to post your entry. You can post when your ready, there is no order in which you take your trun once the test begins. Good luck ^^

[Keagan]

It was still early by the time Keagan made it to the school, Mana had told him that the test was going to be held in the gym and that he should not be late this time. Opening one of the doors he made his way inside, there were a few people around, his ears picking up the sound of there feet or the sound of papers being shuffled, but he ignored them and made his way to the gym.

As he got closer he picked up the scent of Iruka's shampoo and smiled brightly, turning a corner his ears picked up the sound of the sensei walking a few steps in front of him.

"Good morning Iruka-sensei"

He said in a happy tone as he made his way to the gym.

[Fukurou]

"No no no, I think I've got it now Ruu, don't worry," Fukurou said walking in only a few steps behind Keagan, talking to the two owls he carried in his hands. "Yes, I'm sure Kitsi... Yes, I remember..."

Fukurou bowed to Iruka, and then found a spot to give himself a little bit of room and took a glance around to make sure there were sprinklers or a fire extinguisher, or something.... just in case...

[Mayami]

Mayami arrived she smiled at Iruka and found a spot to wait for the others.

[Akira]

"Alright everyone. Welocme to the bunshin test. I've asked a few people to help out in this test so that it will be as painless as possible for you all." He said and motioned to the 3 people standing off to the side with clip boards in there hands. "Now so that no one feels put on the spot everyone is going to be taking the test at the same time. You don't know which on will be marking you so don't feel the need to show off for the person who seems to be watching you. You have 15 mins to ready yourself and take the test. If you do ot complete your test within this time you will fail. Good luck to all of you. You may begin....... now"

(You may go in any order you like. Once the last person as posted there test (or by wednesday afternoon/evening which ever comes first) I shall post the results of the test. Good luck guys ^_^)

[Mayami]

Mayami was nervous but she was ready she quickly did the hand seals and created two clones they were perfect but keeping them from disappearing was the hard part after 15 minutes she let go and the clones disappeared she let out a sigh but she was happy that she did it.

[Keagan]

This was it...well this was one of the its, his first test, and he was going to pass it! he was determined to pass it! Taking a breath he closed his eyes for a moment and listened to Iruka-sensei, his years picking up the different breathing patters of everyone in the room. He could do this! he just needed to relax and let it flow.

Slowly he shifted a little, moving away from the other two, just a bit, he took another breath and relaxed his body. Once again he could feel his chakra gathering,reaching that level where it needed to be to preform this move. Quickly his hands made the signs that where needed, they were followed by a puff of smoke.

Standing next to Keagan where two clones, they were almost perfect, the only thing that was off was the colour of the hair and clothing, it was slightly paler then what he was wearing. He continued to hold his eyes shut, concentrating on holding onto them, after 3 minuets he left go of them, two puffs of smoke disappeared leaving only the real Keagan behind.

[Fukurou]

Ok, two clones, two clones, no ring of fire... two clones, Fukurou mentally repeated to himself. And hold them for fifteen minutes, ok... I can do this....

Fukurou concentrated, formed the hand seal, and poof! There was another Fukurou standing on either side of him. The color was perfect, proportions and size were perfect, everything... everything except the owls. The clone on his right had a clone of Kitsi on his right shoulder, and the clone on his left had a clone of Ruu on his left shoulder. Fukurou standing in the center of the two, had both owls.

Ruu looked around, and realized the deficiancy. He clossed his eyes with a determined, "bwrrrrruwp," and with another poof, a second clone of Ruu appeared on the shoulder of the other clone. Kitsi on the other hand, was just as asleep as usual, and hadn't paid attention in class anyway...

[Akira]

Iruka walked around watching them all very carefully, making notes on his clip board as were the others who were taking score. Afer the 15 mins iruka nodded and the teachers gathered. "Alright. everyone wait here well we go over this.' He said they walked up to the desk and taked amoingest themselves for about 25 mins. They seemed a little trouble by something but they had to decide and they did. Iruka stood up and front of the class.

"Okay. We have made our decision. we shall read the results out." Iruka said. he wasn't trying to embarrass anyone but this was the way of the ninja. You had to take failure well.

"Mayami, you have shown that you have a good understanding of this jutsu and are able to perform it with little trouble, but I am affraid that we will hav to fail you this time around. "
((sorry, but a stand up, do the jutsu perfect and that it's post will not cut it to pass these tests. It's in the rules. Don't get discouraged though. You'll do better in the next teat i'm sure ^_^))

"Keagan, you showed that you understand the basics of the jutsu. Seeing as your color was off slighly we have been debating your score. We want you to try again. Please stay and take your test once more."

"Fukurou, your owls seem to be of great benefit to you for getting to class and they push you well, but if you insist on having them with you at all times they are a very important to have correct in your transformation. but seeing as you were only asked to clone yourself and not your owls due to a loop hole we will be passing you, but i would like to see you working hard to perfect this skill."

"That is all, thank you all for taking part in the bunshin test and good luck on your up coming tests."

[Keagan]

He stood there was the sensei's where giving out the reports, he felt sorry for Miyami, but he knew that she was a strong girl and that she would pass the next test. He didn't no the other to well but he was happy for him none the less. When it came to him he just stood there, a sort of blank look upon his boyish face, his blue-grey eyes shining with confusion for a moment or two.

"....So, I have to take the test again?"

He asked as he tilted his head to the right a bit, copper hair falling into his face for a moment before it was pushed aside by a hand.

"Ok, I'll do it again"

He said in a confused tone, he didn't understand the concept of colour, he knew that colour was something that normal people saw, but in his world all there was was darkness.

Taking a breath he stood there for a moment, relaxing his body, he could do this, he did it once already all he had to do was do it again...and this this colour thing right....riiight. He mentally sighed.

Moving away from the group of people he closed his eyes and concentrated, he could feel the pull of chakra in his body slowly start to build up, the tingly feeling moving thru his body. Once he built up enough of it, he quickly did the hand signs, there were followed by two puffs of smoke and two almost perfect clones, once again the colour was off, just by a bit.

Closing his eyes tighter he tried to concentrate even more, slipping back into his mind he remembered the words of his mother, how one day when he wan young sat him down and told him about the colour of his hair, the way it shined in the sun, and the could of his skin, how it reminded her of cream.

Slowly the clones colour started to change, it waved in between the natural colour and the paler colour, finally stopping on the natural colour for a moment or two before seeping back into the paler colour.

After 3 mins he let go of the clones, a light coat of sweat upon his forehead indicated that he had tried his hardest to get this colour thing right.

[Akira]

Iruka watched him closely. He watched the color change and then fade and and be right and then wrong. He sighed. "I'll be just a moment Keagan. Wait here."

Keagan had to wait for a very long time. Iruka eventually did come back. "Your gonig to have to work on it Keagan. Your trying so hard i know but even with your problem you still can't be seen as different. This is something that you are gonig to have to keep in mind during your exam. You will not be treated different there regardless of your handicap. But today... you'll pass. But i want to see you working harder.

[Keagan]

He just nodded and moved off to the side, sitting down on the ground he waited, he was nervous he didn't know what to expect, he knew that he could fail this test just as much as he could fail the other ones... but he had to keep his head up! If he failed he would just work harder for the next one!

His ears picked up the sound of Iruka coming back, shifting quickly, he moved to his feet and stood before his sensei. He was nervous he could feel it, taking a breath he held it, waiting as his sensei's words filled the air, nodded his head he took everything in, he was still tense until those words hit his ear. Blinking a few time, bright eyes looked up at Iruka, trepidation mixing around with hope before they seeped into a burst of happiness.

"I...I passed!?"

He said just above a whisper, he couldn't believe it, he passed...mind you he didn't pass with flying colour's ((no pun)) but he did pass and that was move then enough for the blind boy.

"This...this is....IRUKA-SENSEI!"

He glomped the older man, hugging him tightly, he was so happy he didn't even know what to do with himself

"Thank you, thank you!!"
